In summer 20222, Dru was commissioned to design a custom pair of earrings for well-renowned poet Rupi Kaur. Their good friend was heading to visit Rupi for their birthday, and requested an earring design to match Rupi's poetry style and artwork. With a short timeline before the trip, Dru created a bold design with polymer clay, resin, and gold-plated hypoallergenic hardware.
